ScerGAL4^GMR19B09 drives sexually dimorphic expression in the median bundle, where it is expressed more strongly and in more neurons in the female than in the male.

ScerGAL4^GMR19B09 drives expression in around 12 neurons per hemisphere in the central larval brain as well as some neurons in the ventral nerve cord.

Approximately 10 ScerGAL4^GMR19B09 positive neurons per hemisphere express Lgr3^ag5RA, including a pair of bilateral neurons in the larval pars intercerebralis. In the VNC, a further 60 or so neurons also co-express Lgr3^ag5RA.
