Thermogenetic activation (using TrpA1UAS.(B).cKa at 32[o]C) of Scer\GAL4GMR35B12 cells in adults significantly reduces startle-induced climbing behavior, compared to controls; thermogenetic activation of the combined set of Scer\GAL4GMR35B12 and Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 cells in adults slightly, but significantly, reduces startle-induced climbing behavior, compared to controls, but this phenotype is significantly less severe than activation of Scer\GAL4GMR35B12 cells alone.
