The expression of foxoHMS00793 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR58E02 leads to a significant decrease in the number of dopaminergic PAM neurons in the adult brain, as compared to controls; adulthood-only expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Fer2.2359 (and Gal80[ts], for the temporal control of expression) also leads to a significant decrease in the number of dopaminergic PAM neurons in 35 days old adults, but not in 1 and 14 days old adults, as compared to controls.
Expression of foxoHMS00793 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls.
Expression of foxoHMS00793 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC and v'ada neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC neurons.
