Expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4Hand.PU does not cause any obvious morphological defects in the adult heart. Expression under the Scer\GAL4how-24B does not disrupt either the cardioblasts organization or the intersegmental somatic muscle pattern in stage 16 embryos.

Expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has no effect on eye morphology.

Muscle fibers develop normally in embryos overexpressing TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B.

Flies expressing TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW show impaired flight.

Flies expressing TER94Scer\UAS.cCa in photoreceptor cells under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF do not show any eye defects.

Retinas of flies expressing TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PT show normal rhabdomere organisation.

Co-expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa and TER94R152H.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in rough eye and photoreceptor cell abnormalities.

Co-expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa and TER94R188Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in rough eye and photoreceptor cell abnormalities.

Co-expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa and TER94A229E.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in rough eye and photoreceptor cell abnormalities.

Animals co-expressing TER94K2A.Scer\UAS and TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF survive.

Co-expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa and Der-1Scer\UAS.cLa results in a reduction in ATPase activity compared to controls.

Expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa suppresses the eye phenotypes seen when Der-1Scer\UAS.cLa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

Expression of TER94Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF in a heterozygous Der-1SH1964 mutant background results in a rough eye phenotype.
