The climbing ability deficit observed both in the TBPH hypomorphic flies (TBPHΔ23/+;Scer\GAL4elav.PU>TBPHdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa, UAS-Dicer2) and flies expressing hephKK108057 (also with UAS-Dicer2 and under Scer\GAL4elav.PU control) is much enhanced when the two mutants are combined.
The eye degeneration phenotype (appearance of melanotic spots, fusion of ommatidia) characteristic for adult flies expressing TBPHScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU is mildly suppressed by co-expression of hephKK108057.
