ScerGAL4^Uro.PT drives expression in Malpighian tubule Type I cells (principal cells) of the main segments of Malpighian tubules in larvae and adults. Expression is excluded from the initial and lower segments of the Malpighian tubules, as well as from stellate cells. Expression is stronger in adult males than in adult females.
