Rh6-positive R8 axons target correctly to the M3 layer in the optic lobe in NetAΔ mutants.

The number of embryonic peripheral glia (ePG) present on the intersegmental nerve distal to the SNc nerve branch is reduced compared to wild type.

The commissural axons appear to form normally in homozygous NetBΔ mutants. Both the anterior and posterior commissures are intact and of normal size in every segment in the NetBΔ mutants.

Homozygous NetBΔ has little effect on long-range repulsion of axons expressing unc-5Scer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4ato-NP6558.
