    The rate of spontaneous mitotic crossovers in Fancm0693/Df(3R)ED6058 males is not affected if animals are also mutant for slx1F93I, or if these animals are also mutant for both slx1F93I and mei-9a. However crossovers are nearly absent in Fancm0693/Df(3R)ED6058 animals that are also mutant for both mus81Nhe and slx1F93I.

    mus309N1/mus309D2 slx1F93I double mutant animals die as early pupae, larvae lack imaginal discs and larval neuroblasts are frequently polyploid.
