      Male and female mubBG00043 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls.

      Starvation response is improved in males at 1 week but does not differ from controls at 6 weeks, but females show increased resistance at 1 week but reduced resistance at 6 weeks.

      Chill coma recovery time is similar to controls in both males and females at one week and 6 weeks.

      Males and females both show a reduction in climbing ability at one week but no difference from controls is seen at 6 weeks.
