Male and female BG00761BG00761 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls.

Starvation response is unaffected in both male and female flies at one week, but both sexes show increased resistance at 6 weeks.

Chill coma recovery time is similar to controls in both males and females at one week and 6 weeks.

No change in climbing ability is seen in males at 1 week but fitness is improved at 6 weeks. Females have improved climbing ability at 1 week and 6 weeks.
