Detailed Description

Male and female CG10990BG00495 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls.

Starvation response is unaffected in 1 week and 6 week male flies. Females show increased resistance at 1 week, but resistance is reduced compared to controls at 6 weeks.

Chill coma recovery time in both males and females is similar to controls at one week, but recovery time is improved compared to controls in both sexes at 6 weeks.

No change in climbing ability is seen in either males or females at 1 week but improved fitness compared to controls is seen at 6 weeks in both sexes.
