Scer\GAL4^Ilp2.PR-mediated expression results in a significant reduction in pupal volume and the body weight of emerging adults compared to controls, together with a significant delay in pupation kinetics. Scer\GAL4^Sgs3.PD-mediated expression causes no growth retardation.
