Description

Rapid amplification of cDNA ends (3' RACE) analysis shows that the vector in the BG02427 line is spliced to the CG42699 gene contradicting the BDGP prediction at 62E1 in the CG42669 gene. However, in situ hybridisation gives no conclusive results regarding the presence or absence of an additional insertion.
