      barrL305/Df(2L)Exel7077 transheterozygous embryos that also express barrUASp.cOa.EGFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4sns.PK or Scer\GAL4kirre-rP298-G4, but not when under the control of either Scer\GAL4twi.PB or Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR, show variable muscle pattern defects, which may include: misshaped and disoriented muscles, missing muscles and/or "holes" in the muscle pattern; distorted pharynx musculature; heart cells are occasionally missing or duplicated. barrE831/Df(2L)Exel7077 transheterozygotes that also express barrUASp.cOa.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4da.PU do not show the aforementioned musculature defects.
