Expression of AdamTS-AE439A.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU (combined with Scer\GAL80repo.PL) does not cause any morphological defects in larval brain but expression driven by Scer\GAL4repo results in elongated ventral nerve cord.
AdamTS-AE439A.UAS/Scer\GAL4repo partially rescues AdamTS-Arnwy2/AdamTS-Arnwy1
AdamTS-AE439A.UAS/Scer\GAL4tey-5053A fails to rescue AdamTS-AKO/Df(3R)88F5
Expression of AdamTS-AE439A.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4repo partially rescues the neural invasion phenotype (neural cells from the brain invade adjacent peripheral structures such as imaginal discs) observed in AdamTS-Arnwy1/AdamTS-Arnwy2 larval brain: ~45% of larvae exhibit modest invasion phenotype. However, all the larvae show abnormal elongation of the ventral nerve cord.
Expression of AdamTS-AE439A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tey-5053A fails to rescue the caudal visceral mesoderm migration defects seen in AdamTS-AKO/Df(3R)88F5 embryos.
