      When HtrA2Scer\UAS.cYa is expressed at high levels in the eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF (at 25 or 29[o]C) small and rough eyes are observed. Eyes appear wild-type at 18[o]C.

      Indirect flight muscle integrity is disrupted when HtrA2Scer\UAS.cYa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR.
