The majority of Cp190En15/Cp1903 flies die as pharate adults, with rare (2%) escapers that die shortly after hatching, and pharate adults show homeotic transformation of abdominal segment A1 into A2 (but no transformations in segments A6-A8): held out wings in escapers are often blistered, the shape of t1 (tergite of the first segment) is changed toward t2, t1 bears long bristles, inner support sclerite is absent or rudimentary, s1 (sternite of the first segment) is often visible but without bristles. Cp190P1/Cp190En15 flies show similar phenotypes to Cp190P1/Cp1903 except with slightly more escapers (5%) and s1 usually shows bristles.
CTCFGE24185, Cp190P1/Cp190En15 has partially lethal - majority die phenotype
CTCFGE24185, Cp190P1/Cp190En15 has homeotic phenotype
Cp190En15 is a suppressor | partially of adult cuticle phenotype of mod(mdg4)T6, y2
Cp190En15 is a suppressor of wing margin phenotype of ct6, mod(mdg4)T6
Cp190En15/Cp190P11 is a suppressor of wing margin phenotype of ct6
Cp190P1/Cp190En15 is a suppressor of wing margin phenotype of ct6
Cp190En15/Cp190P11 is a suppressor of adult cuticle phenotype of y2
The majority of CTCFGE24185 Cp190En15 /CTCFGE24185 Cp190P1 double mutants die as pharate adults, with rare (2%) weak escapers that show homeotic transformation of abdominal segment A1 into A2 (less pronounced than in Cp190En15/Cp190P1) and A6-A8 (A6/7 transformations weaker than in CTCFGE24185/CTCFGE24185, though A8 transformation is enhanced): the shape of t1 is changed toward t2 though large bristles are rare, s1 usually shows no bristles, t1 bristles are more uniform than wild type; in males s6 has 0-4 (average 1) bristles, t7 is enlarged and often developed to only one side in 50% of males, t8 is well separated from t9 and usually visible with a bunch of large bristles, and genitalia is rotated 90-180[o] (100%); in females s7 has 5-11 (average 8) bristles, the shape of s7 is transformed towards s6 and bristles lose orientation, t8 always has 7-19 (average 13) large bristles (often forming two rows).
The wing margin phenotype of ct6 mutants is partially suppressed by Cp190En15/Cp190P11.
The cuticle colour of y2; Cp190En15/Cp190P11 adults is darker than that of y2 flies.
The wing margin phenotype of ct6; mod(mdg4)T6 mutants is fully suppressed by Cp190En15.
y2 Cp190En15/+, mod(mdg4)T6 flies have more darkly pigmented body cuticle and wings than y2; mod(mdg4)T6 flies.
