Expression of UbcD6+tHa rescues the lethality associated with homozygous UbcD6Δ1. The mitochondrial membrane potential and synaptic vesicle trafficking defects seen in UbcD6Δ1 mutant third instar larvae are also rescued, as are the defects in vesicle recycling (reduction in Excitatory Junctional Potential).

Expression of UbcD6+tHa rescues the third instar larval lethality associated with homozygous UbcD6EY04634. The mitochondrial membrane potential and synaptic vesicle trafficking defects seen in UbcD6EY04634 mutant third instar larvae are also rescued, as are the defects in vesicle recycling (reduction in Excitatory Junctional Potential).
