Co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa in imaginal wing discs, under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in very low apoptotic levels and no significant growth defects compared to control discs.

Co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa appears to significantly suppress apoptosis and to restore tissue growth in imaginal wing discs expressing Src64BUY1332 under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1.

Co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 reduces apical F-actin levels in the posterior compartment of the imaginal wing disc.

Co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa in Rho1N19.Scer\UAS overexpressing wing discs (all under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1) restores tissue growth and suppresses Mmp1 accumulation, as found in wing discs expressing Rho1N19.Scer\UAS alone. However, co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa does not affect growth or ectopic Mmp1 expression.

While expression of BacA\p35GMR.PH in imaginal wing discs expressing Src64BUY1332 under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 increases disc size up to 2.5 times (compared to controls), co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa in these tissues significantly reduces tissue growth to 1.8 times that found in controls, but does not affect growth of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1-->BacA\p35GMR.PH wing discs.
