The increased adult wing size due to expression of ZyxScer\UAS.T:Myr-Src42A under the control of Scer\GAL4nub.PU can be partially suppressed by co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa.

Co-expression of ZyxScer\UAS.T:Myr-Src42A and cpaΔABD.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4nub.PU results in severely malformed adult wings that are not observed when either ZyxScer\UAS.T:Myr-Src42A is expressed alone or cpaΔABD.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 is co-expressed with cpbScer\UAS.cWa only.

The supernumerary inter-ommatidial cells in the pupal retina phenotype characteristic for animals expressing ZyxScer\UAS.T:Myr-Src42A under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU can be enhanced by co-expression with cpaΔABD.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa.

While expression of BacA\p35GMR.PH in imaginal wing discs expressing Src64BUY1332 under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 increases disc size up to 2.5 times (compared to controls), co-expression of cpaScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 and cpbScer\UAS.cWa in these tissues significantly reduces tissue growth to 1.8 times that found in controls, but does not affect growth of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1-->BacA\p35GMR.PH wing discs.
