      The expression of MarfmiRNA.CDS.UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4pnt-14-94 results in decreased number of young neurons in the larval brain.

      Expression of MarfmiRNA.CDS.Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of either Scer\GAL4tub.PU or Scer\GAL4Feb36 results in an increase in the number of boutons at the neuromuscular junction compared to wild type, while expression under the control of either Scer\GAL4D42 or Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU has no effect.

      Wandering third instar larvae expressing MarfmiRNA.CDS.Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Feb36 have a significantly reduced number of lipid droplets per ring gland compared to controls.
