Genomic fragment that encodes amino acids 1-1055 of Acf, resulting in a protein lacking the PHD1, PHD2 and bromodomain. A 2xTY1-EGFP-3xFLAG-tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the Acf open reading frame.
