Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

ppk26Gal4 mutant adults have no difference in spiking of mechanosensory neurons of the labellar taste bristles or labellar taste pegs in response to mechanical stimuli, compared to controls.

ppk26Gal4 does not significantly affect neuronal morphology of class IV da neurons in larvae.

The percentage of ppk26Gal4/ppk26Gal4 or ppk26Gal4/ppk261 third instar larvae showing rolling behavior in response to 47mN nociceptive mechanical stimuli is significantly reduced compared to wild type.
