Expression of Hsap\SNCA^{1-120.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav.PU results in age-progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the adult brain and aged adult flies (20 days) display abnormal neuronal inclusions in the lamina cell cortex.
