Description

732bp deletion that spans the translation initiation codon common to the C and D isoforms of TrpA1, preventing expression of these two isoforms. Sequence encoding a GAL4 driver and a w+mW.hs marker have been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. The GAL4 driver acts as a reporter of expression of the TrpA1 C and D isoforms.

      ScerGAL4TrpA1-CD-G4 drives expression under control of the promoter for the TrpA1-RG, TrpA1-RHand TrpA1-RK (TrpA1-C and TrpA1-D; upstream promoter) isoforms.
