Expression of Opa1K273A.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4109(2)80 results in fragmented spherical mitochondrial morphology as well as shortening of the dendritic arbor in the class IV ddaC neurons in third instar larvae, moderate loss of dendrites is also observed in class III ddaA neurons (with the Scer\GAL4smid-C161 driver) but not in the class I ddaE neurons (with the Scer\GAL4221 driver).
