Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}PvrMI04181 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in the coding intron of 13 annotated transcripts of Pvr, two of which are phase 1 introns and 11 of which are phase 0 introns. It has not been determined which Trojan exon phase construct is inserted and therefore which transcripts are trapped and driving expression of GAL4.
