Co-expression of Sol1UAS.cKa and KaiR1DUAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4nSyb.PU leads to an increase in EPSC amplitudes and quantal contents when compared to controls.

The expression of KaiR1DScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4RapGAP1-OK6 together with KaiR1DMB01010 homozygosity does suppress the increased quantal contents or the decreased miniature excitatory postsynaptic potentials observed at the larval neuromuscular junction of GluRIIASP16 homozygotes.
