Adults expressing yki^{UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B)} under the control of Scer\GAL4^nub-AC-62 display significantly bigger wings, as compared to controls. Wing discs expressing yki^{UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B)} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ap-md544 show an indentation at the wing disc epithelium dorsal-ventral boundary, as compared to controls.

Wing disc clones expressing yki^{UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B)} under the control of Scer\GAL4^Tub.PU occupy a significantly larger disc area than control clones.
