3207bp deletion in Oatp74D, including deletion of the entire coding region.
A 3207bp deletion that removes the Oatp74D coding sequence.
Although Oatp74D1 homozygotes and Oatp74D1/Oatp74D1 transheterozygotes exhibit no discernible defects during embryogenesis and during the first 24 hr after hatching, they show developmental arrest at the end of the first instar larval stage; a small fraction of arrested larvae present double mouth hooks (i.e. carry both first and second instar mouth hooks); transheterozygotes also show a thin posterior spiracle phenotype.
