      Expressing parkUAS.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not seem to affect mitochondria size in the third instar larval fat body (as assessed by MitoGFP).

      Expressing parkUAS.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR leads to a small but significant decrease in adult climbing ability but does not lead to obvious defects on adult thorax muscles. In 3-day old adults, muscle mitochondria do not show obvious defects; in 35-days old adults, however, mitochondria are slightly smaller, rounder and/or of irregular size, and cristae exhibit mild abnormalities.

      The expression of parkUAS.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not affect the number of autophagosome-like structures (Atg8a-positive) in the early third instar larval fat body, as compared to controls.
