The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v7.1 collection ( ORF_ID:71737 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000429927.6. The human ORF is flanked by a pair of incompatible FRT sites (FRT5 and FRT2), which allows for future in vivo exchange of either the promoter or tag sequence.
