Description

The four conserved putative phosphorylation sites in Rok (T1040, S1365, T1366 and T1369) and an additional 8 Ser/Thr residues in close proximity have been mutated to the non-phosphorylatable Ala residue. The mNeonGreen tag present in TI{TI}RokmNG is still present, tagging isoforms A, B and C at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
