      Expression of ZIKV\NS4AUAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU leads to a decrease in the size of eye and eye disc, and a decrease in the occurrence of cell division in eye disc cells from both the first and second mitotic wave.

      Expression of ZIKV\NS4AUAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E leads to thickening of wing veins and formation of wing deltas. Also its expression under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 leads to loss of wing margin in adults, reduction in the size of the wing pouch region and increased apoptosis in the the third instar wing disc.
