UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of yki (including the 5'UTR, coding sequence and 3' UTR). The first potential Rox8 protein-binding motif in the yki 3'UTR has been mutated from AUAUUUU to GGCGUGU. The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:MYC.
