Deletion from 3L:11 ,282,441 to inside P{wHy}DyroDG05110, which completely deletes the Dyro coding sequence, the Dyro-RB 5'UTR, the hobo and y+t7.7 sequence from P{wHy}, but leaves part of the Dyro-RC/Dyro-RD 5'UTR regions intact. Associated with a 27 bp insertion, ATATATATATATATAATATATCGGGAT.
