A deletion starting before the AUG in the first coding exon of Taz and extending into the intron. The deleted sequence is replaced with an unspecified RFP marker. The extent of the deletion is slightly different than what is marked in the FBrf0253417 associated file because of a nucleotide replacement three into the downstream homology region.
