Description

Bases 1-20 from the ATG ( 3R:22652428...22652447 ) of wake-RG have been deleted. A sequence cassette containing the GAL4::VP16 coding sequence and a loxP cassette containing a w+* marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. The inserted sequence is flanked by a pair of inverted attP sites, and can thus act as a target for recombination-mediate cassette exchange (RMCE) (correction of data in FBrf0253396).
