Comment:

A 4062bp deletion that removes most of Megf8 exons 3 and 4. The deletion extends from nucleotide sequence 5'-AAGCTATGGGGTCTG-3' in exon 3 to 5'-GATCGAATGCCTCTT-3' in exon 4. An attP site and a loxP cassette containing an EGFP expression cassette has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
