UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Mmus\Tet2 carrying a R1261C amino acid substitution. This variant has been identified in the orthologous human TET2 gene of patients with acute myeloid leukaemia. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG.
