The expression of Stat92EKK100519 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc.PU non-autonomously induces ectopic wing structures in third instar larval wing discs, a compared to controls. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU leads to vestigial or absent wings and to the reciprocal formation of ectopic mesonotum structures, as compared to controls.

The clonal expression of Stat92EKK100519 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI does not lead to any obvious third instar larval wing disc phenotype, as compared to controls.

Expression of Stat92EKK100519 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has no effect on male wing size or patterning.

Expression of Stat92EKK100519 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has no effect on female wing size or patterning.

Expression of Stat92EKK100519 RNAi under the control Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ driver does not rescue the lowered survival of adult flies on lard-supplemented diet compared to controls.
