      Thermogenetic activation (using TrpA1UAS.(B).cKa at 29[o]C) of neurons targeted by the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R57C10.PU and Hsap\RELAAD.R15A01, or Scer\GAL4DBD.R57C10.PU and Hsap\RELAAD.R71G01, in adult males significantly increases aggressive lunging behavior and wing extensions towards other males, compared to controls.
