    FBtc0000288:OSC line carrying a modified endogenous piwi (FBgn0004872) allele, in which the epitopes 3XTag:FLAG :-3XTag:HA (FH tag) have been tagged onto the N-terminus of piwi. The endogenously tagged piwi functions and is expressed at similar levels to wild type piwi. This line also expresses puromycin resistance driven by the Act5C promoter in the intronic sequences expressed in the opposite direction.
