Description

Genomic nanos fragment in which the nanos 3'UTR has been replaced with the αTub84B 3'UTR. Nucleotides 6 to 185 of the nanos 3'UTR have then been inserted into the αTub84B 3'UTR, 52bp 3' to the C-terminal end of the nanos coding sequence.
