Description

A deleted form of CycA (lacking amino acids 2 to 170) is expressed under the control of an Hsp70 promoter. The deletion removes the "destruction box" and results in a stable CycA protein being produced.

A CycA cDNA lacking sequences encoding the first 169 amino acids (which includes the destruction box) is expressed under the control of a heat shock promoter.
