ScerGAL4shakB.lethal.4.1 drives expression in tergotrochanteral (jump) muscle motoneuron and other neurons.

Drives expression in tergotrochanteral muscle motor neuron, and in peripherally synapsing interneurons, and in larval RP2 and type Is motor neurons.

ScerGAL4shakB.lethal.4.1 drives expression in the tergotrochanteral muscle motor neuron, a postsynaptic target of the giant fiber neuron, but not in the giant fiber neuron.

ScerGAL4shakB.lethal.4.1 drives expression in the tergotrochanteral muscle motor neuron (TTMn), and peripherally synapsing interneuron (PSI). and dorsal longitudinal motor neuron, but not in the giant fiber neuron.

ScerGAL4shakB.lethal.4.1 drives expression in relatively few neurons in the CNS, most prominently in the tergotrochanteral muscle motor neuron (TTMn), but not in the giant fiber neuron. Pupal expression is also observed in several neurons in the optic lobes, central brain, subesophageal ganglion, and the thoracico-abdominal ganglion.
