Reference

ScerGAL4VT26006 labels antennal mechanosensory and motor center B1b (AMMC1-B1b) projection neurons that respond maximally to auditory stimuli of 100Hz, 300Hz and pulse song. Using GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) reveals that the AMMC-B1b projection neurons labeled with ScerGAL4VT26006 establish connections in the AMMC with a subset of Johnston organ neurons labeled with EcollexAL5219.
