ScerGAL4^VT30609 drives expression in antennal mechanosensory and motor center B1 (AMMC-B1) and antennal mechanosensory and motor center A2 (AMMC-A2) projection neurons. Using GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) reveals that the AMMC-B1 and AMMC-A2 projection neurons labeled with ScerGAL4^VT30609 establish connections in the AMMC with a subset of Johnston organ neurons labeled with EcollexA^L5219.
