FlyBase curator comment: The symbol of this construct (FBtp0093779) has been renamed from "P{hs-FLPD5.fco}" to "P{hs-FLPG5.PEST.Opt}" (in FB2018_01) to (i) correct the original mistake that indicated the FLP variant had aspartic acid at position 5 (D5) when it really has glycine at this position (G5); (ii) indicate the presence of a PEST sequence in the construct; and (iii) replace "fco" with "Opt" (to indicate that the FLP sequence is 'fly codon optimized') to reflect usage by the creators of the construct.
