Description

The P{αTub84B(FRT.Myc)lexA::GAD.A} construct contains the αTub84B promoter fused to an FRT site, followed by the entire open reading frame of Myc and an α-tubulin trailer, followed by a second FRT site and sequence encoding a lexA::GAD driver.
